We accept all returns, no questions asked, within 60 days of receiving your package. This excludes engraved personal pieces.

Yes, we have a free return policy. You can find more information about our return policy here.

Yes, we do exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package. This applies to any pieces (except engraved and personalized) that have any defects.

If you want to change the shipping address, you can easily do so by emailing  info@belindajewelz.com  your order number along with the updated address to where you would like to receive your shipment. 

Please keep in mind that this only applies to orders that have not been shipped. Once your order is marked as in transit or has been picked up by the carrier then we no longer bear any responsibility.
