We offer free 60-day return for all customers in the US and Canada.
Four easy steps when returning an item
- Take a picture of the damaged item.
- Write an explanation of issue.
- Submit information to email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a return label.
- Pack the item and take it to your UPS or USPS store. Once the package is received, it takes 5-7 business days to get a full refund.
The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Gift cards

Yes, we do exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package. This applies to any pieces (except engraved and personalized) that have any defects.
If you want to change the shipping address, you can easily do so by emailing email@example.com your order number along with the updated address to where you would like to receive your shipment.
Please keep in mind that this only applies to orders that have not been shipped. Once your order is marked as in transit or has been picked up by the carrier then we no longer bear any responsibility.
